About us

The Grace + Growl project runs drop-in dance classes for people over 50 with or without experience – beginners welcome.

Classes are led by professional dance practitioner Anna Golding offering gentle contemporary dance technique and creative movement exercises to improve physical fitness and well-being in a friendly and supportive atmosphere.

Masterclasses

Grace + Growl hosts masterclasses with guest artists/companies throughout the year which are open to all experienced mature dancers in the South West.

Previous artists/companies have included: Salud Botella, Hiccup Dance Project, Gracefool Collective, Motionhouse, Helen Parlor, Richard Alston, Luke Brown Dance, Karla Shacklock and Mariantonia Oliver.
