A contemporary dance company of mature adults based in West Dorset led by Artistic Director Anna Golding following the model of a professional dance company.<\/p>\n

Since 2016, Grace & Growl has worked with award-winning international choreographers such as Eleesha Drennan and Luke Brown performing at local and regional performing arts venues including Bridport Arts Centre, Salisbury Arts Centre and Pavilion Dance South West (PDSW) in Bournemouth.<\/p>\n

Film festival news<\/h3>\n

We are really proud that our film ‘Echo’ has been selected for the Exeter Intrernational Dance Film Festival<\/a>\u00a0which runs from October 17th – 23rd. Exeter Dance International Film Festival has grown from the desire to see more high quality dance films being showcased and championed in the South West. From hip hop to ballroom, bollywood to contemporary, EDIFF has something for everyone.<\/span><\/p>\n

Echo was choreographed and directed by\u00a0Anna Golding and was a collaborative project working with\u00a0<\/span>film makers Rob Jayne and Jack Wightman,\u00a0designer Mickey Bonome and composer Robert Lee.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The company has twice performed as part of Dorset\u2019s international Inside Out Festival in Poole, most recently as a collaboration with new project Forest and Cornwall based choreographer Emily Alden.<\/p>\n

In 2017 the company won Silver at the PDSW Joie de Vivre dance for camera competition with their film \u2018Still \/ Sparkling\u2019 and in July 2019, the company hosted \u2018Collect\u2019, a contemporary dance platform profiling the mature dancer at The Electric Palace Bridport.<\/p>\n
